Our prints are made when an order is received – we do not maintain a general inventory. As such, all purchases are considered final once the order is processed and are non-refundable/non-returnable. If you made an error with your order, please contact us immediately.
We insure our shipments. Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If your print was damaged during shipping, please photograph both the damaged packaging and the damaged print. Contact us immediately so that we may begin the claim process to replace the print.
